Android Mobile App for Collaborators: Contacting Support

Collaborators can contact PayMaker Support from the Android mobile app by following these steps:

In the Bill.com app:

  1. From the Home screen, click on the Options bars on the top left
  2. Tap Support
  3. Tap Contact us
  4. Enter a detailed description of issue
  5. Tap Submit

After tapping Send, an email will be sent to Support. A Support representative will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. For more immediate assistance, the best way to contact us is by logging in to your PayMaker account through a computer and chatting with us securely through our Support Center. Chat Agents are available weekdays from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM PT.
