Android Mobile App for Collaborators: Contact Support

Collaborators can contact PayMaker Support from the Android mobile app by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Bill.com mobile app
  2. From the Home screen, tap the Options bars
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Support
  5. Tap Contact us
  6. Enter a detailed description of issue
  7. Tap Submit

After tapping Send, an email will be sent to Support. A Support representative will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. For more immediate assistance, the best way to contact us is by logging in to your PayMaker account through a computer and chatting with us securely through our Support Center. Chat Agents are available weekdays from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT.
