Intacct Sync Error: Payment cannot be processed as one or more bills have been paid. Please check your input values.

Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when a payment is attempting to sync to Intacct from PayMaker, but the bill is already paid in Intacct.

How to Fix the Sync Error

  1. Click Resolve next to the error on the sync status screen in PayMaker
  2. Select the option I’ve updated this sent pay in Intacct; remove this error and sync future updates
  3. Click Next
