Updating a customer's credit card information through Vantage

When a customer's credit card information changes, you can enter new credit card information to process future payments from them.

Updating a Customer's Credit Card information

  1. Click Customers in the left navigation menu
  2. Click the customer's name
  3. Click More actions
  4. Click Credit cards
  5. Click Add Card
  6. Enter Credit Card Details
  7. Click Save

Things to know

  • Entering a new credit card will disable the old one
  • A customer can only have one credit card on file at a time
  • Once credit card details are entered, you cannot edit the card
  • You will need to add the card as new if changes are needed
