Updating a customer's credit card information through Vantage

When a customer's credit card information changes, enter new credit card information to process future payments from them.

Updating a Customer's Credit Card information

  1. Click Customers in the left navigation pane
  2. Click the customer's name
  3. Click the more options dots
  4. Click Credit cards
  5. Click Add Card
  6. Enter Credit Card Details
  7. Click Save

Things to know

Entering a new credit card will disable the old one. A customer can only have one credit card on file at a time. Credit card details, once entered, cannot be edited. For security purposes, cards have to be re-entered if changes need to be made.
