Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when there is a duplicate Item (product or service) in PayMaker.

How to Fix the Sync Error

  • Verify that the new Item created is needed in PayMaker
    • If it is not needed, delete it
  • If the Item is needed, edit to update the name to something unique
  • If the Item is not a duplicate, contact Customer Service to link the Item between PayMaker and QBO
