Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when an equity type account is trying to sync to QuickBooks Online (QBO), but an equity account already exists in the sync will only allow 1 account to be created from PayMaker that is equity type.
How to Fix the Sync Error
There are two options to resolve this issue:
- Delete the account in PayMaker, create it in QBO, and Sync
- Change the account type in PayMaker and Sync
