QuickBooks Online Sync: Classes on AR Invoices
Classes will not sync to QuickBooks Online from PayMaker on Receivables invoices if classes are not set to per line (instead of one per entire transaction). They will still sync from QuickBooks Online to PayMaker.
In QuickBooks Online:
- Click the Gear Icon
- Click Account and Settings
- Click Advanced
- In the Categories section, click the Edit icon
- Under Track classes, select One to each row in transaction
- Click Save
If you do not see the described feature available in PayMaker, you may not have access to the feature based on permissions for your role and/or your plan does not have this feature. If you wish to get access to the feature, please review the available plans for PayMaker and upgrade accordingly or contact the Administrator of your PayMaker account. Changes in monthly user fees may apply.
