Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when an account associated with the bill is inactive in PayMaker.

How to Fix the Sync Error

To resolve this error, review the bill for inactive accounts and restore the account:

  1. Open the bill with the sync error
  2. Click the Account link in the Expenses section of the Summary box
  3. If the account is inactive, click the open trash can icon to reactivate the account
