Re-ordering the pages in a PDF document

You can reorder a multi-page, PDF-formatted document associated with a bill. This is useful since we include the first page of the document associated with a bill, with the check stub when we send payment for one bill.


Re-ordering the pages in a PDF document

  1. Click Bills in the left navigation menu
  2. Click the bill with the attachment you'd like to reorder
  3. Above the document image, click Reorder
  4. Reorder pages by dragging and dropping, clicking a page and entering a page to send it to, or clicking a page and using the arrows to move it
  5. Click Apply



Things to know

  • When making a payment for one bill, the first page of the document associated with a bill will display on the check stub
  • If it is a combined payment for several bills to the same vendor, a summary of the invoice numbers will be presented on the check stub
