Mobile App for Collaborators: Password and signing in for iOS

When you log in to the mobile app for the first time, you will are able to set a special login PIN after entering your PayMaker password. For security reasons, your PIN will be disabled if you change your password. You'll need to take a few steps to get back into the mobile app.

After changing your password

  1. Uninstall the mobile app from your phone or tablet
  2. Reinstall the app from the iTunes App Store on your Apple device
  3. Log in to the app with your new PayMaker password
  4. Set a new 4-digit PIN

Things to know

  • A User profile needs to be activated before logging in to the mobile app
  • To activate the user profile, find the email titled "You've been invited by < Administrator name > to collaborate in PayMaker" sent to the email address that will be used to log in
  • If unable to locate the email:
    • Check spam and filters for an email from
    • Click Reset your password on the login screen and check your email inbox for "Create a new password" email to create a password
