Mobile App for Collaborators: Approving and denying bills for Android

With the Bill.com app for iOS, approving bills in PayMaker has never been easier; review, approve or deny bills anytime, anywhere.

From the dashboard, see a quick view of bills needing approval, grouped by status:

  • Overdue
  • Due Today
  • Due Next 7 Days
  • All Bills

Approving Bills from the Bills to Approve list

  1. Sign into the Bill.com app
  2. Click on one of the tiles to approve bills on that list
  3. Approve bills:
    • Quick Approval: Swipe right on a bill in the list
    • Bulk Approval:
      1. Click Select in the top right corner
      2. Select the bills to approve
      3. Click Approve Selected

Approving with review

  1. Sign into the Bill.com app
  2. Click on one of the tiles to approve bills on that list
  3. Click a bill from the list to view more details
    • Add notes/communications about the bill by clicking the speech bubble icon in the top right corner.
  4. Click Approve at the bottom of the bill

Denying Bills from the Bills to Approve list

  1. Sign into the Bill.com app
  2. Click on one of the tiles to approve bills on that list
  3. Swipe left on a bill in the list
  4. Leave a note explaining why the approval was denied
  5. Click Finish

Denying with review

  1. Sign into the Bill.com app
  2. Click on one of the tiles to approve bills on that list
  3. Click a bill from the list to view more details
    • Add notes/communications about the bill by clicking the speech bubble icon in the top right corner
  4. Click Deny
  5. Leave a note explaining why the approval was denied
  6. Click Finish

Once bills are approved, they are ready to be paid!

If you do not see the described feature available in PayMaker, you may not have access to the feature based on permissions for your role and/or your plan does not have this feature. If you wish to get access to the feature, please review the available plans for PayMaker and upgrade accordingly or contact the Administrator of your PayMaker account. Changes in monthly user fees may apply.
