QuickBooks Online Sync Error: The TaxId field in QuickBooks Online is encrypted in vendor

Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when a vendor's TaxID field is not fully visible in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and marked to be encrypted.

How to Fix the Sync Error

  1. Check the Tax Id field in QuickBooks Online
    • Verify that it is correct and that all numbers are visible
  2. Sync again

Alternatively, manually update the vendor details in PayMaker and sync again.
