Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when there is a duplicate account in PayMaker.

How to Fix the Sync Error

  • Check that the new account created is needed in PayMaker
    • If it is not needed, delete it
  • If the account is needed, edit to update the name to something unique
  • If the account is not a duplicate, contact Customer Service to link the accounts between PayMaker and QBO
