Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when there is a duplicate account in PayMaker.
How to Fix the Sync Error
- Check that the new account created is needed in PayMaker
- If it is not needed, delete it
- If the account is needed, edit to update the name to something unique
- If the account is not a duplicate, contact Customer Service to link the accounts between PayMaker and QBO
