QuickBooks Online Sync Error: Sub-account must have same account type as their parent
Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when a sub-account in PayMaker is attempting to sync to QuickBooks Online, but the account type is not the same type as the parent account.
How to Fix the Sync Error
There are two options to resolve this error:
Change the sub-account's type to the same type as the parent account and sync again
Change the parent account's type to the same type as the sub-account and sync again
