QuickBooks Online Sync Error: Missing Invoice acctid: XXXXX
Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when a received payment is trying to sync to QuickBooks Online, but either:
- The invoice for the payment has not yet synced to QuickBooks Online
- The invoice for the payment is not connected between QuickBooks Online and PayMaker
How to Fix the Sync Error
Contact Customer Support to resync or relink the invoice.
