QuickBooks Online Sync Error: Missing Invoice acctid: XXXXX

Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when a received payment cannot sync because:

  • The associated invoice has not yet synced to QuickBooks Online
  • The associated invoice in QuickBooks Online is not connected via the sync

How to Fix the Sync Error

  • Contact Customer Support to sync the invoice again ~ or ~
  • Record a manual payment and request that it be marked not to sync from PayMaker
