Transactions Aren't Syncing after Initial Sync

Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when the PayMaker Sync Preferences are incomplete.

How to Fix the Sync Error

To resolve the issue, complete the Sync Preferences in PayMaker:

  1. In PayMaker, click Settings
  2. Under Sync, click Preferences
  3. Verify that all required fields have been set
  4. Click Save
  5. Sync again
