Intacct sync: Enabling dimensions

An admin user can configure the GL application in Intacct and enable Dimensions.

In Intacct:

  1. Click Company Services
  2. Click Subscriptions
    • The system displays your Subscriptions list. Applications subscribed to have a Configure link next to them.
  3. Next to General Ledger, click Configure
    • The General Ledger Preferences screen displays
  4. Change Dimension settings where needed and add the desired categories
  5. Click Save
  6. Click Accounts Payable
    • Configure The AP Preferences screen displays
  7. Change Dimension settings where needed and add the desired categories
  8. Click Save

To see this application on the application menu bar, click the browser's Refresh button, or log out and log back into Intacct.

If you do not see the described feature available in PayMaker, you may not have access to the feature based on permissions for your role and/or your plan does not have this feature. If you wish to get access to the feature, please review the available plans for PayMaker and upgrade accordingly or contact the Administrator of your PayMaker account. Changes in monthly user fees may apply.
