Import Error: Invoice line item not mapped to an item

When importing invoices to PayMaker, items on the invoices must already exist in PayMaker. If an invoice is imported with an item not yet added to PayMaker, this error will appear:

Invoice "1" for customer "John" failed. A line item had an item that was not mapped to an item in . Item name: "PT002"

Resolving the Import Error

To resolve the issue, create the item in PayMaker with the exact name as it appears on the invoice.
