iOS Mobile App for Collaborators: Contacting Support

Collaborators can contact PayMaker Support from the iOS mobile app by following these steps:

  1. From the Home screen in your Bill.com app, tap on the Options bars
  2. Tap Support
  3. Tap Contact us
  4. Enter your question to see if there's an answer already in our support center
  5. Tap Ask Question
  6. If the articles offered don't answer your question, tap Contact Support
  7. Enter a detailed description of your issue
  8. Tap Submit

When tapping Submit, you are sending an email to Support. A Support representative will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. For immediate help, contact us by logging into your PayMaker account on a computer, and chatting with us through our secure Support Center. Chat Agents are available Monday - Friday 4am - 7pm PT.
